Different rappers have frequently mentioned the term “hearse,” some even using it as their title. What does hearse mean in rap?

A hearse is a type of car used for a funeral. It is the automobile where a coffin is placed.

When used in rap, it typically means death or bad omens. If that is the case, you hear it like:

“Tupac was rolling in a hearsed after getting hit.”

You may also use it for something that is heavily damaged like this:

“Damn! Your new Lambo got hearsed!”

Typically, the term is not often used today, but it is usually found in songs with darker tones.
